Rock Band addicts have a three-pack from industrial rock pioneers Ministry to look forward to next week, in addition to DLC from The Cranberries and The Zombies. The Ministry bundle will set you back $5.49 (400 Microsoft points) on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, while individual tracks will be available on all platforms for $1.99 (200 Wii Points, 160 Microsoft points) each.
The following songs will arrive next Tuesday, May 26 on Xbox 360 and Wii, and Thursday, May 28 on PlayStation 3:
- "Cuz U R Next" by Ministry
- "LiesLiesLies" by Ministry
- "The Great Satan" by Ministry
- "She"s Not There" by The Zombies
- "Tell Her No" by The Zombies
- "Linger" by The Cranberries
Granted, this is all a matter of opinion, but that lineup sort of seems like a missed opportunity. Really, who goes to the trouble of licensing music by The Cranberries and ends up with "Linger" instead of "Zombie"? Releasing tracks by classic "60s group The Zombies during the same week just seems like a deliberate tease.
