Q: I'm getting an error message when I try to logon to download new game saves from the internet. It says "internet client failed to start"

A: The easiest thing to do is to uninstall the software, then reinstall it from the disc. Make sure you make a note of the User details (email address, password and product key) you currently have. Then reinstall the software and re-register your details.

Q: I have bought your software and it would not load on my XBOX 360.

A: Our software is PC based. You need to install it on your PC.

Q: I bought the Xploder Cheat Saves for XBOX 360, but I cannot find any cheats.

A: This is software designed to manage Game Saves (Cheat Saves) not Cheat Codes. Some of the game saves do have ‘cheat-like’ features. For example, you may start the game with all weapons, have all levels unlocked etc.

Q: My Cheat Saves software will not detect my memory unit.

A: Make sure your memory unit has been formatted on your XBOX 360 console. Try saving one of your games to it, it sometimes helps if there is a save on the memory card, the software should then be able to detect it. When you first connect your 360 Memory card to the USB cable, a dialog box should appear asking for the drivers for the Memory Card. The drivers can be found on the root of the Xploder XBOX 360 Cheat Saves CD.

Q: Will the game saves give me achievement points?

A: Some game saves do have achievements unlocked and these will be added to your own achievements.
