True Games and Petroglyph have announced they have reached a mutual agreement to resolve "pending legal issues" related to the development of their action-strategy MMORPG Mytheon, which is currently in open beta. They have announced that the game is to be released July 13th.

As covered at Massively, the legal action arose from claims by True Games that Petroglyph failed to provide a finished version of Mytheon first by their original due date (mid November of last year) and again by this March; related, they claimed, to the developer increasing the scope of the game to a "full-blown MMO."
