Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues will feature level creation tools, reports Joystiq. A report from the Develop conference states the level creation will be cooperative, letting two players create simultaneously by simply playing. The feature is said to appear on the Wii, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, but levels won"t be sharable on any platform.

Little Big Planet was hailed as a revolution in gaming for its level-creation tools and how they might influence other games, and now we seem to be seeing some of that potential come to fruition. Mod Nation Racers was announced with a creation tool kit, and now we can add Lego Indy 2 to the list. We expect to see more games with these kinds of features coming in the next few months and years.
