NAMCO BANDAI Games America announced today that its next generation game titles, Ridge Racer 7 and Mobile Suit Gundam: CROSSFIRE, have both gone gold and will ship simultaneously with the launch of the PLAYSTATION 3 on November 17, 2006. Rated "E" for Everyone, Ridge Racer 7 will carry a suggested retail price of $59.99. Rated "T" for Teen, Mobile Suit Gundam: CROSSFIRE will carry a suggested retail price of $59.99.
Ridge Racer 7 lets players race at speeds of up to 160 mph in a completely original machine - with design options right at your finger tips. Ridge Racer 7 also promises 375,000 ways to make your machine visually unique, with up to 7,150 combinations to tailor the performance of each machine. The game will also deliver a selection of fan favorite and brand new courses, a deep level of customization, 5.1 channel sound and resolutions up 1080p.
In Mobile Suit Gundam: CROSSFIRE players are placed in a vivid, photo-realistic environment where they can take the helm of a futuristic combat unit in an exhilarating sci-fi mecha battle based on the long running Gundam series. The game promises more than 30 different playable Mobile Suits and 60 playable missions, location-specific damage, and the ability to join the Federation to repel the invaders, or the Zeon Forces to conquer the Earth in an attempt to liberate the space colonies.
