In order to adhere to our delivery policy, our standard delivery method is to despatch goods by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post. This requires a signature upon receipt and insures the goods up to a maximum value of £30.00.

In some circumstances it may be necessary to use an overnight courier service to ensure goods reach you in a safe and satisfactory manner (If additional charges are incurred by this situation we will endeavour to advise you of these charges before proceeding with the order).
UK Orders: No additional postal charges are calculated or added during the ordering process and standard charges do not apply unless stated in the product information. It is not our policy to profit from shipping of goods and postage is only charged on bulky, low-value or ‘offer’ items where we are unable to absorb the postal costs entirely.

The majority of orders sent to Europe, North America and other international territories are delivered using the Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ Program; this guarantees delivery within 5 working days from date of despatch (orders usually processed within 24 business hours of receipt).
Any items that have a price in Euros or Dollars are subject to fluctuation in the exchange rate, you will be charged in £ Pounds Sterling and any prices are intended as a guide only.
