Here"s how to mod Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer from Normal Difficulty to Fantastic Difficulty. 1.) open your save "PROG" in Hex editor. 2.) go to offset "D6AB". This is the difficulty value. "00" is Normal Difficulty, "01" is Fantastic Difficulty. Just change it and that"s it! 3.) Rehash with Hash Block Calculator. 4.) Continue Game.
