If you?ve purchased the Xploder V5 Media Centre Live! then you?ll want this awesome XLink V2 software. Simply download and install this software, hook up your PS2 to your PC using the supplied USB cable (found in your Xploder V5 tin) and away you go! Read the instruction manual found in your Xploder V5 tin to become familiar with the extensive features of Xlink V2 before use.



Existing Xlink users can also download this software to update your XLink to the new improved version*. If you already have XLink on your PC, please ensure you fully uninstall your existing version before attempting to install XLink V2.



You can uninstall the existing version using the ?Add/Remove Programs? function found in the ?Control Panel? folder on your PC, but first , backup the saves you have added to the Xlink v1. After having installed the Xlink v2, you can copy them to the saves folder of the Xlink v2. Please Note: Xlink V2 with an Xlink V2 Product Key can be used with an Xploder V4 as well as the Xploder V5 and the PS2 to PC USB cable

Once you have downloaded the latest version of XLink, follow the steps below to install the software onto your PC.



1.Locate the old Xlink V1 install directory and rename the saves folder in order to preserve your existing saves..



2. Unzip the downloaded file onto your desktop.



3. Double-click XlinkV2.exe and follow the onscreen prompts to install XLink V2



4. Once installed, an XLink icon will be placed on your desktop, simply double click this icon to start XLink V2.



5. Refer to your user manual for the operation of this software or press F1 at any time to bring up onscreen help while XLink V2 is running.
