Hope you weren"t thinking "good guys" if you were planning on being a bounty hunter in the upcoming Star Wars: The Old Republic. After all, these are the guys who worked for Darth Vader, the bad guys. At least, according to writer Daniel Erickson.
In The Old Republic"s development blog, Erickson wrote, "Star Wars is a story about good and evil - it simply doesn"t make sense to have Jedi and Sith doing the same quests. Creating one batch of content for all players would have been half the cost, taken half the time and solved any number of organizational headaches but it was simply the wrong choice from a storytelling perspective."
After all, Erickson wrote, "This was Star Wars, not Star Neutral Guy"s Adventure." He added that Han was unaffiliated for about "six minutes of the the movie," but that "doesn"t last long."
