Fans who purchased Ghostbusters on the PC may have noticed something missing. Unlike it PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 counterparts, the PC edition is lacking a multiplayer mode.
Asked by the Big Download what happened to it, the game"s multiplayer developer Threewave Software said that it was cut so that they could focus more on the console versions.
According to Threewave CEO Dan Irish, "Multiplayer for the PC version of Ghostbusters is something that Threewave and Terminal Reality always wanted to do. However, our focus was on making the console version the best that they could be - an experience that allows multiple players to re-live and re-fight many of the themes from the movies."
