Chris was just minding his own business when he found himself transported to the mysterious realm called Rooms. In order to find his way back home he must solve a series of sliding block puzzles in which he moves the pieces of various rooms up, down, left, and right in search of an exit. This is the premise of the recently announced DS and Wii puzzle game Rooms: The Main Building, which will be published by Hudson.

The main character will be able to use various tools to help him solve puzzles. Wardrobes, for example, will warp Chris to another tile, and ladders will allow him to climb up to any tile directly above him. Candles will set fire to wooden barriers and objects, while pay phones will send Chris to the location on the other end of the line.
