Q. Is the XBOX 360 Media Centre compatible with Windows Vista?
A. Our technical team are working on Vista compatibility, but at this time the functionality is not available - please check back for further updates.
Q: I have purchased the Xploder Media Centre for XBOX 360. I have chosen the Download Version. But there is no link I can click on to download the software. What should I do?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a link via email. This will take you to the downloads section of the website. You must be logged into the website in order to make a download.
Q: I have bought your software and it would not load on my XBOX 360?
A: The Xploder software is PC based. You need to install it on your PC that is running Windows Media Center Edition.
Q: The music folder is not recognized by my 360 and even when I specify the folder and search for files after 3 hours there is still nothing in the list!
A: If your XBOX 360 is not finding folders on your PC, then this is a problem with Microsoft software. Try adding the folder into Media Centre on the PC then add it on the XBOX 360.
