General FAQs

Q: What is a Master Code?

A: Each game has a specific code (Master Code) which must be used before any other cheat codes can be activated. It is not a cheat code itself but simply allows all other codes to work.

Q: When will you have cheats / saves for ……..?

A: As we get dozens of requests for codes everyday, please be patient in waiting for your requested codes to be uploaded to the website. We take note of all requests and aim to have them ready as soon as possible.

Q: I have bought some Xploder software. When I try to register it, I am told that the product key is already registered. What should I do?

A: Contact support@xploder.net . Your product key may need resetting.

Q: I did not receive a product key in the box. Can you send me one?

A: Contact support@xploder.net and we can provide one for you.

Q: I am having difficulty registering the software. I put in my details and I am told they are incorrect.

A: You need to enter a valid email address. Make sure you spell this correctly. If not, you may have problems in the future.

1. The password must be at least 7 characters long.

2. The Product Key is displayed on the small card. It looks like this: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. You need to enter it like this: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Some have a misprint and are displayed with the letter ‘B’ on the end. You need to enter it without this ‘B’. Make sure you take note of the details you have used and keep them in a safe place.

Q: Why can I not get codes for the V2 Xploder for PS2?

A: Unfortunately, we no longer supporting the V2 product it has been discontinued.
