We previously reported on the upcoming downloadable content for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, but now Rare has given out official word on date and pricing. The new content is due next Tuesday, April 7 for 400 MS Points ($5 USD). The pack includes new L.O.G. Lost Challenges and seven new multiplayer modes, and a new version of Klungo"s Arcade game as reward for finishing the challenges.

The new DLC will also include the seven winning fan-submitted blueprints. The creations will be unlocked using the Stop N Swop feature in Banjo-Tooie. From the sounds of it, seeing the fan creations will require players to purchase both the Lost Challenges pack and Banjo-Tooie from Xbox Live Arcade. If Tooie is priced at $15 like its predecessor, that"s $20 altogether. This might leave the fan creations only for the eyes of the most devoted Banjo fans.
